1.1 The promoter is A.G.BARR P.L.C. , a company registered in Scotland with company number SC005653 and having its registered office at Westfield House, 4 Mollins Road, Cumbernauld, G68 9HD (the “Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
2.1 This promotion entitles those that submit an entry by texting IRNBRU SAINSBURYS to 88802 and completing the form at sainsburys.winwithirn-bru.com , to receive an entry into the prize draw to win prizes as detailed below. One prize per winner.
3.1 This promotion is open only to residents of the United Kingdom, who are aged 18 years or over at the time of participation. Internet access, a valid email address, a device with QR scanning capability and/or a device that can send an SMS are required.
3.2 We may carry out verification checks to confirm your eligibility to enter (like requesting proof of ID and age (such as a current passport or driver’s licence) or proof of address (such as a recent utility bill)).
4.1 No qualifying purchase is required but entries are limited to 1 entry per day per mobile number.
5.1 The promotional period is from 00:01 10th December 2025 to 23:59 1st January 2026 inclusive.
5.2 Entries submitted outside of this timeframe will not be accepted under any circumstances.
6.1 Scan the promotional QR code, and send the pre-populated SMS or send an SMS with the words IRNBRU SAINSBURYS to 88802. Click the link in the reply text and complete the form at sainsburys.winwithirn-bru.com read and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, complete the form with your name, email address, and submit your entry.
6.2 One entry per mobile number per day.
7.1 50 provisional winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. For your total confidence, the Prize Draw will be conducted by PromoNow, the independent promotional verification service, within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
7.2 Only one prize to be issued per valid winner.
7.3 The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entries which it considers in its absolute discretion to be fraudulent, invalid, or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
7.4 Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winner list containing the surname and county of residence of the winners will be made available on behalf of the Promoter by its Prize Promotion agency Prize Professionals 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks to those that request it via email to hello@prizeprofessionals.com. Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
8.1 Winners will be notified by an SMS within 7 calendar days of the promotion end date. Winners will be required to respond by supplying their UK address within 14 days so prize fulfilment can be completed. If they don’t, they will forfeit their prize. Prizes will be dispatched within 21 days of a winner confirming their contact details.
8.2 Notification will be made to the details submitted at the point of entry. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect details entered.
8.3 If a promotional item is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the item for another of equal or greater value.
8.4 Promotional items are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be provided.

8.6 The Prize in detail: 50 Winners in total.

The Promoter shall select 50 Winners at random.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the promotion or participation of the prize.

10.4 All data with the prize fulfillment provider will be stored securely and deleted after a reasonable period following the closure of the promotion.
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion, in whole or in part, without prior notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
11.2 Any decision by the Promoter in relation to the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11.3 The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
11.4 The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months.

11.8 The Promoter will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to fulfil its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters (Acts of God), pandemics or epidemics, extreme weather, fire, strikes or industrial action, war, terrorism, conflict, political instability, riots, civil unrest, plague, or other similar events.

11.11 The promotion terms will be interpreted and applied in accordance with Scots law. The Scottish courts will have the exclusive right to settle any disputes related to our promotions.
